Kanowsky & Associates is pleased to welcome Jeff Lasley to our staff of legal consultants. Jeff is a proven trial attorney, with over 15 years experience dealing with a variety of litigation issues from both a legal and business owner perspective. As well as having worked with established law firms, Jeff owned and operated a successful audiovisual contracting firm for 8 years, servicing both national and international clientele. As an attorney, he has handled a broad range of commercial matters --- from breach of contract, products liability, and premises liability --- to insurance subrogation, construction disputes, personal injury and mass tort litigation. Mr. Lasley has been responsible for all aspects of the litigation process, from jury trials and law and motion work to appellate briefs and arguments before the Courts of Appeal.

In addition, Jeff also has significant experience in the field of Special Education law and has successfully negotiated and adjudicated issues involving public and private schools. He has represented concerned parents to facilitate outcomes that benefit the special needs student by enabling access to, and use of, all existing programs in the public and private school arsenal.
